- Admit, recognize, and accept your weaknesses. You can't turn a weakness into a strength if you're busy denying the weakness exists.
- Start talking about with someone you trust to get guidance from them.
- Own them and be proud of them. They make you, YOU.
- Find the skills you lack and start working on them and look for ways to serve others with the same problem.
